About Me !
Now at 53 I have been living in the same house here in Perry,NY since I was 8 years old. Still not married for a second time, it could be happening this year or next. Time will tell. I have been working at Lowe's in Henrietta since May of 2004 and have been laid off for a whole year due to an injury that happened a year ago . Now I have a 40 pound lifting restriction from the doctor at Park Ridge Hospital. Surgery could be done but, has a risk of being parallized from the waist down. I won't even consider any surgery at all! I for the past 30 years been doing all kinds of heavy lifting of all types and now I am paying for it dearly. I can't even sit or stand for a long period of time. The pain just won't leave.

The History or Story Behind My Site
I have been a Volunteer Firemen here in Perry since 1971 and I have been doing all the photography for the department. All the pictures are mine and all mine. I have spent lot of big bucks for tons of pictures that I have taken in the past 30 years. I now have 2 digital cameras that I use to cut my film and developing cost down. I have a Kodak 210+ digital camera along with a Kodak 290 digital camera. We have in the past 4 years been going to a lot of different festivals around New York and each year I keep adding more places to go. While working at Kodak I worked 2 weekends per month so, these had to be planned according to my work schedule. Carol & I have been to a lot of places in 2001 like Balloon Shows, Tall Ship Festivals, Harborfest Festivals, Lighthouses around the area, Erie County Fair in Hamburg,NY and New York State Fair in Syracuse which we are going with another couple this next weekend (Labor Day Weekend). We really enjoy seeing all the different things at each event. But, sometimes I get so sore from being on my feet We have to cut it short and come home to the heating pad. It takes about 4 days to get back into walking normal again. We are going to Lake George on the 19th of September for the Adirondack Balloon Festival which is a four day event. I hope I can handle it.
